Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Tried on indoors only
  • Tested on clean, soft surfaces such as carpet
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Boots must be tried on indoors only. Any signs of outdoor wear — including scuffed soles, dirt, gravel marks, scratches, creasing from extended wear, odor, sole abrasion, or visible wear on the outsole — will make the item ineligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Factory defects
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Size exchanges (unworn items only)
  • Unworn items returned within 30 days that meet all eligibility requirements

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Returns may be made in store or by mail if purchased online.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special order products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose:

  • An exchange for a different size
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether it has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
